Welcome to VORTUNERS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VORTUNERS chrome extension, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by VORTUNERS ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VORTUNERS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VORTUNERS is a text expansion and snippet management tool that allows users to:

• Create and manage text snippets and shortcuts
• Expand shortcuts into full text across web applications
• Sync snippets across multiple devices
• Use dynamic variables and templates
• Collaborate with team members (Pro and Team plans)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Our free plan includes basic features with limited snippet storage and functionality.

4.2 Paid Plans

Our Pro and Team plans offer additional features and are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service for spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our servers

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all text snippets, templates, and other content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VORTUNERS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VORTUNERS, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VORTUNERS from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VORTUNERS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.

By using VORTUNERS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
