2.1 Pro Plan - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with VORTUNERS Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.
2.2 Team Plan - 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Team plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee to allow adequate time for team evaluation and setup.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Request made within the guarantee period (7 or 14 days)
- Technical issues preventing normal use of the service
- Service not functioning as described in our documentation
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Accidental subscription or upgrade
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the guarantee period
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Failure to use the service
- Requesting refund for promotional or discounted pricing
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests for partial refunds on annual plans (after guarantee period)
4. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for refund request

Step 2: Support Review
Our support team will:
- Verify your eligibility within 1-2 business days
- Attempt to resolve any technical issues if applicable
- Provide assistance to maximize your use of VORTUNERS
Step 3: Refund Processing
If eligible, refunds will be processed:
- Within 3-5 business days of approval
- To the original payment method
- For the full amount of the most recent billing cycle
5. Subscription Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard: Account settings → Billing → Cancel subscription

5.2 Cancellation Effects
Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro/Team features until that date.
- Your subscription will not renew
- You keep access until the end of the paid period
- Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
- Data beyond free plan limits may become inaccessible (but not deleted)
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime
6. Billing and Payment
6.1 Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from subscription date
- Annual: Billed every 365 days from subscription date
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
6.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll attempt to charge your card 3 times over 10 days
- You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
- After 10 days, your account will be downgraded to Free plan
- No refunds for service interruption due to failed payments
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
7.1 Upgrades
- Take effect immediately
- Prorated billing for the current period
- Next billing cycle reflects new plan pricing
7.2 Downgrades
- Take effect at the end of current billing period
- No refunds for unused time in higher plan
- Features may become limited based on new plan
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Additional chargeback fees may apply
- Future payment methods may be declined
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Technical Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions:
- Contact support immediately for troubleshooting
- We may extend your subscription to compensate for downtime
- Refunds may be considered for extended outages
9.2 Exceptional Cases
While not guaranteed, we may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Medical emergencies
- Financial hardship
- Military deployment
- Other exceptional circumstances
10. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Free Plan: Data retained indefinitely (within free limits)
- Cancelled Paid Plans: Full data retained for 90 days
- After 90 Days: Data beyond free plan limits may be archived
- Account Deletion: All data permanently deleted within 30 days
11. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In some jurisdictions, you may have additional rights regarding refunds and cancellations.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:
